The Assistant Manager – CSR is a key role within the Debabrata Mitalee Auro Foundation (DAF) that oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of CSR projects across various verticals. This position involves managing partnerships from end to end, including donor relations, project implementation, field coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring impactful and sustainable outcomes for the organization. This will involve planning, structuring, and implementing CSR projects, conducting need assessments, field visits, and community interactions, and ensuring timely execution of all project activities.

The role requires strong communication and coordination skills, project management abilities, and a deep understanding of the CSR landscape. The Assistant Manager – CSR will work closely with internal teams, field heads, documentation teams, and volunteers to ensure smooth project execution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, development studies, management, or a relevant field, with 1-3 years of experience in CSR, NGO, or development sector roles. They will be able to work in the field, handle community interactions, and possess problem-solving skills with ownership and accountability.

The Assistant Manager – CSR will be responsible for managing logistics, vendor coordination, procurement, and other ground-level requirements, ensuring compliance with CSR guidelines and organizational policies. They will also be responsible for tracking project progress, preparing impact reports, MIS documents, P&L summaries, and expenditure sheets for donors and management.
