B2B Data Entry Operator

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented B2B Data Entry Operator to efficiently manage data entry, order processing, and backend operational activities for our B2B operations.

The ideal candidate should have basic Excel skills, strong coordination abilities, and experience in handling B2B or marketplace tasks.

As a B2B Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for performing accurate and timely data entry of B2B orders, invoices, and product details.

You will also manage end-to-end B2B order processing, including order creation, updates, and tracking.

Additionally, you will coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for dispatch, packing, and order status.

Your role will involve maintaining and updating B2B records, reports, and documentation, as well as communicating with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely order execution.

You will also assist in managing marketplace back-end activities, listings, and updates.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, with good communication and coordination skills.

Experience in B2B operations, order processing, or marketplace handling is preferred, but not required.
