Picker/Packer Delivery

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Picker/Packer Delivery professional to join our team at Milk Basket in Gurgaon sector 77. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of our products to customers.

This is a night shift position, working from 9pm to 7am. You will be required to pick and pack products efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery to customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment, communicating effectively with team members and customers, and meeting productivity and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills and physical stamina for night shifts. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, and you must be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of INR 12,000 per month, plus PF, ESIC, and attendance bonus. You will also be eligible for overtime pay.
