Event Manager

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Manager to lead the planning, organization, and execution of exhibitions and expos. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in event management, exhibitions, or expos, with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing exhibitions and expos from concept to completion, as well as developing strategies to attract and onboard franchisors for exhibitions. They will also be responsible for creating and implementing revenue models for expos and exhibitions, identifying sponsorship opportunities and partnerships to enhance profitability, and negotiating contracts, vendor agreements, and sponsorship deals.

Additionally, the Event Manager will design and execute marketing campaigns to promote events and act as a crowd-puller by leveraging promotional strategies to maximize attendance.

The Event Manager will work closely with the team to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment, and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with franchisors to maximize participation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
