SILICA is a leading institute providing guidance and coaching for design and architecture entrance exams like NID, IIT-CEED, NIFT, NATA. We are actively expanding our centers and looking to add innovative, career focused, growth oriented individuals to our team.

The Center Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our center, including marketing and sales, academics and operations, and team management. You will work closely with our Area Manager to achieve conversion and admissions targets, manage a team of counselors and executives, and plan and execute local level marketing activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for ensuring installments collection is on time, timely reporting to Area Manager, and taking overall responsibility for center operations targets.

You will also be responsible for managing a team of academic co-ordinator / executive, achieving strong customer word of mouth, interacting with and motivating faculties, interacting with & guiding students and parents, and solving Operational Problems as and when they arise.
