Job description

- Maintain Company accounts & compliances
- Maintenance of day to day accounting in Tally.
- Prepare MIS reposting and monthly P&L accounts
- Preparation of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and TDS for online filing & payments
- Financial Reporting & Accounts reconciliation.
- Projectwise expense sheets
- Payments followups with Clients
- Computation and Invoice preparation and sending to Clients
- Keeping a record of daily expenses and cash in hand
- Interface with the Company’s Bank, as and when needed
- Filing and maintaining client & project, purchase and asset records
- Attendance updation for the month.
- Leave computation and updation for the month.
- Salary computation and Salary slips preparation.
- Salary deposit
