Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team and drive strategic initiatives that support our business goals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate complex labor laws and regulations.

As a key member of our leadership team, the HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that promote a positive and inclusive work environment. This includes managing the recruitment process, coordinating with department heads, and ensuring proper onboarding and induction for new employees.

The HR Manager will also act as the point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disputes, and ensure positive employee relations through conflict resolution and mediation. Additionally, they will design and implement performance appraisal systems, provide coaching and support to managers and employees, and manage performance improvement plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, as well as experience with HR software and systems. They will also possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
