Admission Counsellor/Sr Counsellor

Job description

As an Admission Counsellor - Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process for prospective students. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential students, provide them with information about our institution, programs, and services, and guide them through the admission process.

You will utilize your strong communication and sales skills to effectively convert inquiries into enrollments. This position requires a results-oriented individual who is passionate about education and possesses excellent interpersonal abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales experience, preferably in the education sector or a related industry. You will be responsible for counselling prospective students and guiding them about the different UG & PG courses offered. You will also be responsible for counselling through Data Calling, online chat server, and advising students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.

You will be required to collect feedback from participants and consolidate the same. You will also be responsible for handling queries over telephone, converting leads to admissions, recording and maintaining and calling on given leads, and maintaining telephonic and walk-in record for the day.

The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales acumen with the ability to influence and persuade others, and a customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

You will be required to have proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technology tools, and a goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
