Etrav Tech is a leading provider of technology-driven airline and travel solutions to B2B travel partners. Our finance team plays a critical role in ensuring smooth vendor settlements, accurate postings, and strong financial discipline across operations.

The Payables Finance Associate will be responsible for managing vendor payments, daily payables posting, reconciliation activities, and reporting. This role ensures timely payments, accurate ERP entries, and smooth coordination with vendors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple payments and deadlines efficiently. They will be comfortable working in ERP and Excel-based environments and have prior experience in accounts payable or finance operations.

The Payables Finance Associate will work closely with internal teams for smooth invoice processing and support process improvements and automation initiatives within AP workflows.
