The Business Unit Head is the revenue owner of Raaha, responsible for driving predictable monthly revenue growth, building structured sales and marketing systems, eliminating revenue leakages, creating disciplined reporting and dashboard culture, and integrating marketing, CRM, sales, café, stays, and wellness into one unified revenue engine.
This is a business builder role, requiring a strong executor, process architect, data-driven operator, and team leader who can build systems where none exist. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of achieving revenue targets, experience managing 5–15 member teams, and is comfortable being accountable for numbers.
