We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of goods received and dispatched, coordinating with logistics teams, and ensuring the smooth movement of materials.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management and be able to maintain accurate stock records.

The Store Coordinator will be responsible for handling inward and outward material documentation, maintaining records of goods received and dispatched, and coordinating with logistics teams for smooth material movement. They will also be responsible for managing porter activities, monitoring scrap collection and disposal process, and ensuring proper housekeeping and cleanliness of store area.

The Store Coordinator will work closely with field staff and internal teams to coordinate material requirements and ensure that materials are stored safely and systematically. They will also be responsible for reporting stock issues or shortages to management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory management and be able to maintain accurate stock records. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
