Job description

We are seeking an experienced Operation Executive to manage purchase orders and inventory to ensure seamless supply chain operations and optimal stock levels across multiple e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations and inventory management, with experience in managing multiple brands and SKUs.

The role requires excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, processing, and tracking purchase orders, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers and warehouse teams, and managing stock allocation based on demand and sales data.

The Operation Executive will work closely with the supply chain team to ensure that inventory levels are optimized and that stock is allocated efficiently.

The role also involves conducting inventory audits and reconciliation, handling documentation for import/export and OTC product compliance, and working with ERP/WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices, with experience in managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and optimizing inventory distribution.
