Coordinating with department heads to close job positions as per defined schedule Experience in Recruitment for Senior and Middle-level jobs Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, Facebook etc. Managing complete on-boarding process from joining formalities to verification of documents & reference checks Drafting offer and appointment letters Develop a strategy for hiring and talent acquisition strategies Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience Assist in employee retention and development Supervise activities of team members Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
