Job description

Job Title: Operation Executive Role Overview: Manage purchase orders and inventory to ensure seamless supply chain operations and optimal stock levels across multiple e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities:  Create, process, and track purchase orders for multiple brands and SKUs.  Monitor inventory levels across warehouses in Bangalore, Mumbai, Gurgaon, and Kolkata.  Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and marketplace fulfillment centers.  Manage stock allocation based on demand and sales data.  Conduct inventory audits and reconciliation.  Handle documentation for import/export and OTC product compliance.  Work with ERP/WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking.  Optimize inventory distribution to minimize costs and maximize availability. Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Supply Chain, or related field  2-4 years of experience in operations/inventory management  Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)  Experience with ERP/WMS systems  Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub preferred  Excellent analytical and organizational skills  Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Department – Operation Experience – 2 – 4 years Key Requirements - Great communication skills, open to multitasking Working Days - Monday to Saturday
