Job Responsibilities:- ASE has to control the given area. Monitoring the regular working of Sales officers. Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area. Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance. Maintain relationship with existing customers for repeat business Checking & helping team to achieve the targets. Looking & maintaining new avenues for company. Checking & filling the business gaps on time.
