Job description

The Center Manager is a critical role that requires a unique blend of sales leadership, operational management, and people management skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and operations management, with a strong ability to lead and motivate a team.

The Center Manager will be responsible for driving admissions, revenue growth, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the coaching center. This will involve achieving monthly and annual admissions and revenue targets, while ensuring the smooth execution of classes, tests, and academic activities.

The Center Manager will also be responsible for building partnerships with schools, colleges, and local influencers, and for maintaining high levels of student satisfaction and retention. This will involve conducting student and parent counseling sessions, monitoring lead funnel, follow-ups, and conversion ratios using CRM tools, and planning and executing local marketing, outreach, and promotional activities.

The Center Manager will also be responsible for managing end-to-end center operations (offline/online/hybrid), ensuring smooth execution of classes, tests, and academic activities, and maintaining infrastructure, classrooms, systems, and learning tools.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills. They will also have a proven track record in sales and operations management, with a strong ability to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

The Center Manager will report to the [insert reporting manager] and will be responsible for managing a team of sales, academic, and administrative staff.
