We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage and expand our DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing DSAs, onboarding new partners, and ensuring consistent growth in the sales of our financial products.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through DSAs, building and strengthening relationships, onboarding new DSAs, tracking sales performance, conducting engagement activities, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to support DSA campaigns.
