Student Counsellor

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Student Counsellor to join our team. As a Student Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding students in selecting suitable courses and learning paths, providing information about course structure, fees, schedules, and learning outcomes, and addressing student queries and concerns.

You will also maintain accurate student records and counselling reports, collaborate with sales, academic, and support teams, and participate in webinars, orientation sessions, and student outreach programs.

We are looking for someone with a passion for education and a strong ability to communicate with students. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, and at least 1–3 years of experience in student counselling, education, or EdTech, we encourage you to apply.
