Awign, a dynamic and innovative company, is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. This remote position provides an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong analytical, communication, and project management skills to contribute to the success of multiple projects across various geographical regions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating comprehensive documentation, collaborating with diverse teams, and ensuring project success through effective communication and problem-solving.
Must have skills:
- Create strong BRD and other BA documentations
- Strong verbal skills
- Ability to push back on scope creep and someone who feels comfortable escalating issues with the client
- Excellent communication and presentation skills along with an ability to effectively engage with business, management and IT stakeholders.
- Excellent working knowledge in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Visio.
- Excellent working knowledge with UMLs and Wireframing tools like Balsamiq, Draw.io and Axure.
- Passion for excellence and attention to details is required.
- Agile methodology experience is desirable
Responsibilities:
- Working in a multiple projects environment with teams and customers across various geographical regions.
- Collaborating with business groups, development team, quality team, project management, and executive management teams throughout the product life cycle.
- Understanding and documenting clients' AS-IS business processes and the desired TO-BE processes.
- Creating standard artifacts like workflow and swim lane diagrams, process flows, use-cases and specification documents.
- Prototyping and modeling end user experience using wireframes.
- Presenting to and interacting with management and clients. Participating in design reviews with the development team to review product features and functions.
- Facilitating requirements validation, functional testing and UAT support processes
