Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Agent to join our Ed-Tech sales team. As a Tele Sales Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to sell educational products and services to students and parents.

You will also be required to counsel students and parents on courses and career options, follow up with leads, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of EdTech companies and products, excellent communication and convincing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The core objective of the process is to drive sales and generate revenue. You will be expected to achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records, handle queries and objections professionally, and work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.

As a Tele Sales Agent, you will be working in a remote environment and will be required to have a laptop with 8GB ram and windows 11 or above, and a minimum internet speed requirement of approx 50MBPS. You will also be required to have a power backup in case of frequent power cuts.

The compensation structure for this role includes a fixed payout of INR 18,000 per month, and a variable payout that can go up to INR 15,000 per month based on conversions achieved by the agent.
