Job description

Key Roles & Responsibilities


1. Prepare detailed travel quotations (FIT, Group, Corporate, Leisure, and MICE).

2. Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget.

3. Source and negotiate rates with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other suppliers.

4. Ensure pricing accuracy including markups, commissions, and taxes.

5 Follow up with clients and the sales team regarding quotation updates.

6. Maintain updated supplier rate sheets and travel product knowledge.

7. Monitor market trends and competitor pricing strategies.

8. Ensure all quotations comply with company policies and profit margins.
