Job description

We are seeking a skilled Field Support Engineer to install, maintain, and support POS systems for our clients across Pan India. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in local languages, and have a strong understanding of POS systems.

The role involves on-site service, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth system operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with the team to achieve business objectives.

The Field Service Engineer will be required to travel to client locations to perform service and maintenance tasks. The candidate should be willing to travel and have a valid 2-wheeler driving license.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of POS systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training on our POS systems and will be expected to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
