Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting management through financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and internal control assessments.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and hands-on experience. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization.

You will be working closely with our management team to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, and 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit functions.

Key responsibilities include:

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, and a good understanding of internal controls and risk management.

They will also have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

Strong communication and coordination skills for working with auditors and management are essential.
