Key Responsibilities & Technical Expertise: • Lead end-to-end plant maintenance operations covering production, utilities, laboratory, packing, and dispatch areas. • Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance programs. • Maintain electrical systems including LT panels, MCC panels, VFD drives, transformers, DG sets, APFC panels, and full power distribution systems. • Troubleshoot and optimize PLC-based automation systems including logic control, HMI, sensors, and SCADA integration. • Maintain and calibrate advanced suction machinery used in perfumery liquid transfer and solvent handling. • Oversee EDP production lines including blending, dosing, filtration, filling, crimping, and labeling machines. • Maintain stripping machines, automatic filling lines, capping systems, induction sealing, and packaging conveyors. • Handle mechanical systems including mixers, reactors, homogenizers, pumps, and agitators. • Maintain pneumatic systems including compressed air networks, FRL units, air dryers, and air-operated valves. • Maintain hydraulic systems including hydraulic power packs, cylinders, and pressure control valves. • Ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems including AHU, chillers, clean room controls, and temperature-humidity monitoring. • Maintain hydrogen generators, nitrogen generators, and associated gas pipeline systems. • Oversee laboratory equipment maintenance including analytical instruments and process monitoring devices. • Ensure utility systems reliability including water systems, RO plants, cooling towers, boilers, and steam lines. • Implement energy efficiency and cost optimization initiatives across plant utilities. • Ensure GMP compliance, safety standards, electrical inspector norms, and statutory regulatory requirements. • Maintain critical spare parts inventory and minimize downtime through effective planning. • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Lead and supervise maintenance teams including electricians, mechanical fitters, and automation technicians. • Maintain maintenance KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, downtime reports, and equipment performance metrics. • Ensure strict adherence to safety systems including LOTO procedures and hazard control. • Support installation, commissioning, validation, and qualification of new machinery and expansion projects. • Maintain calibration schedules for critical instruments and process controls. • Coordinate effectively with Production, QA, and Quality Control departments for smooth plant operations. Required Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering. • Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Perfumery, Pharmaceutical, or Chemical manufacturing industries. • Strong knowledge of PLC automation, industrial electrical systems, utilities, and advanced production machinery. • Proven leadership experience in handling maintenance teams. • Thorough understanding of GMP, safety regulations, and compliance standards. • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
