We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales – MEP Services to lead and grow our sales operations across Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services. The role is responsible for driving project sales, developing key client relationships, managing the bid/tender pipeline, and achieving sustainable revenue growth across commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems, as well as excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. The Head of Sales – MEP Services will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing the sales and business development team, setting targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks, and ensuring alignment between sales, estimation, and execution teams.
The role requires a proven track record of success in MEP sales, contracting, or project-based services, with a strong network of developers, consultants, EPC contractors, and PMCs.
