Job description

We are seeking a performance-driven Social Media Marketing Manager with strong experience in the NBFC/Fintech sector. The candidate will be responsible for digital acquisition, app growth, lead generation partnerships, paid media campaigns, conversion tracking, and brand optimization across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, app marketing, attribution tracking, and regulatory-compliant financial promotions. The role requires a strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and knowledge of RBI compliance in financial advertising.

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads & Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns. They will manage campaign budgeting, targeting, A/B testing, and ROAS optimization. The candidate will also track and optimize cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and CAC.

The Social Media Marketing Manager will also be responsible for driving mobile app installs and user acquisition campaigns. They will manage App Store Optimization (ASO) for Google Play Store and monitor mobile app version updates and coordinate with tech for tracking SDK integrations.

The candidate will also be responsible for managing Google Analytics, event tracking, and goal configuration. They will oversee user attribution tracking and campaign performance measurement. The Social Media Marketing Manager will implement and optimize conversion tracking using pixels, SDKs, and tag managers.

The role requires a strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and knowledge of RBI compliance in financial advertising. The candidate will also be responsible for planning and executing WhatsApp marketing campaigns, automating drip campaigns and lead nurturing sequences, and ensuring compliance with RBI and data privacy guidelines.

The Social Media Marketing Manager will also be responsible for identifying and onboarding lead sourcing/generation agencies, negotiating commercial terms and tracking lead quality, monitoring fraud patterns and ensuring lead authenticity, and evaluating ROI of external acquisition channels.

The candidate will also be responsible for building and managing social media brand presence, planning content strategy aligned with compliance norms, improving engagement metrics and brand recall, and optimizing landing pages and campaign creatives.

The Social Media Marketing Manager will work closely with the marketing automation tools and CRM teams to ensure seamless tracking and coordination.
