Finacle Application L2 Support – Techno functional

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finacle Application L2 Support – Techno functional professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Finacle 7X, 10X, and 11X product capabilities, as well as application architecture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling Finacle Interfacing requirements, including custom and product APIs, Connect 24, and Finacle Integrator. They will also have experience in direct client interaction, technical skills, and functional skills.

The Finacle Application L2 Support – Techno functional professional will be accountable for the availability, performance, cost optimizations, and risk management related to Finacle Application services.

They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes. They will also develop and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Finacle Application services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of Finacle Core, CRM, SVS, SSO, FI, and C24 solutions. They will also have resolving deployment issues and debugging skills, as well as maintain and monitoring of the Finacle related services.

They will have good knowledge on payment system modules, Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting, and Report designing. They will also have experience in Finacle APDM for patch deployment and EODBOD module execution.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Enterprise and Next gen Payment systems. They will also have a good understanding of Finacle Core Banking Functional knowledge and Banking domain and terminologies used.

They will have a Finacle certification from Infosys (added advantage) and experience in Finacle CRM and Admin module (FINFADM/SSOADM).

The Finacle Application L2 Support – Techno functional professional will work collaboratively with the teams across the organization. They will have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management.
