Urgent Requirement for the position of Vice President -Digital Marketing

Role Summary:

The Vice President of Digital Marketing will be responsible for driving digital strategy, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives. This role requires a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of financial markets, consumer behavior in investing, and digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
  2. Define and lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  3. Lead digital transformation initiatives focused on customer acquisition and retention.
  4. Performance Marketing & ROI:
  5. Oversee paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic platforms.
  6. Optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and conversion funnels.
  7. Brand and Content Strategy:
  8. Enhance digital brand visibility and positioning in a competitive broking space.
  9. Supervise creation of high-impact content, SEO/SEM strategies, and influencer engagement.
  10. MarTech& Automation:
  11. Leverage tools like CRM, marketing automation (e.g.Leasquared, Salesforce), and analytics platforms for personalized and scalable marketing.
  12. Implement robust data analytics and attribution models for informed decision-making.
  13. Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  14. Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team (content, performance, design, analytics).
  15. Collaborate with product, sales, compliance, and tech teams for campaign success.
  16. Customer Experience & Retention:
  17. Use analytics and customer insights to improve onboarding, retention, and upsell journeys.
  18. Drive app engagement and website conversions through UX and personalization.


Key Requirements:

  1. 15+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services or fintech.
  2. Proven leadership in building and executing high-performing digital campaigns.
  3. Strong knowledge of trading platforms, investor behavior, and regulatory norms (SEBI).
  4. Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, marketing CRMs, and paid media platforms.
  5. Experience managing large budgets and performance KPIs.
  6. Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. MBA in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or related field.
  2. Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, etc.) or Financial Services Marketing.
