Roles and Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition capabilities (Talent sourcing, Head hunting, Interviewing, Offer Negotiation)
- Time and cost-effective sourcing
- Responsible for end-to-end hiring process and fulfil talent requirement of the organization
- Own accountability for TA policies, budget, frameworks, and governance
- Reviewing of existing job descriptions and re-aligning them according to the needs of the department/organization
- Implement digital marketing strategies and leverage the talent pools to attract and find the best candidates for the job
- To partner with the departments in making a confident and well-informed decision by providing recommendations and evaluating candidates against the job requirements
- Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with line managers
- Source applicants through professional online channels. Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Assess candidates’ information, including CVs, portfolios, and references
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources management
- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition
- Familiar with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
