Masterchow is a dynamic and fast-paced food service company that prides itself on maintaining high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and operational efficiency. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen team in achieving these standards.

The Kitchen Helper will assist cooks and kitchen staff in food preparation, cleaning, storage, and maintaining hygiene standards. This role requires discipline, speed, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. They will be physically fit and able to handle fast-paced work, with good coordination and teamwork skills.

The Kitchen Helper will be responsible for assisting in basic food preparation, maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment, and supporting cooks in preparing ingredients and maintaining pantry items. They will also ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked items, handle dishwashing and disposal of waste as per hygiene standards, and follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

The Kitchen Helper will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations and coordinate with staff to achieve this goal. They will also assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies and stocks.
