Sales Officer

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the FMCG market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

You will work closely with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and campaigns, and ensure product placement, visibility, and promotional activities are in line with company guidelines.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and will be able to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
