Job description

We are seeking a qualified Engineer – AMC Service Delivery to execute and support Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, fire & life safety, and basic ELV.

This role focuses on preventive and breakdown maintenance, site coordination, compliance, and client satisfaction, ensuring smooth operation of MEP assets as per contract requirements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems, attending breakdown calls, and ensuring timely rectification within SLA.

Additionally, they will monitor performance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems, and ensure system uptime, reliability, and safety.

The role also involves acting as a site-level point of contact for AMC clients, coordinating daily service activities with technicians and supervisors, and updating clients on work status, breakdowns, and resolutions.

The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in MEP maintenance or AMC service delivery and a strong understanding of safety standards and company policies.
