Job description

We are seeking a skilled Gold Appraisal Partner to join our team. As a Gold Appraisal Partner, you will be responsible for visiting customers near our branch/bank locations to convince and convert leads assigned by the company to avail Oro's gold loan products.


RESPONSIBILITIES

● Visit customers near by Branch/Bank to convince and convert leads assigned by the company to avail Oro’s gold loan products.

● Ensure fulfillment of customer’s gold loan requirement

● Verify Customer KYC as per the standard process

● Appraise gold ornaments accurately using touchstone, acid and saltwater. Ability to use touchstone and acid method to appraise the gold purity; ability to do stone deduction; ability to spot brittleness, sonority etc.
