Car Driver

Job description

We are seeking a reliable and skilled driver to join our team. As a driver, you will be responsible for transporting vehicles from customers to our service station.

The ideal candidate will have a valid 4-wheeler driving license, a smart phone, and excellent communication skills.

You will be required to work independently with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and safe transportation of vehicles.

Maintain accurate records of trips and mileage, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Work hours may include early morning and late evening shifts, with additional compensation for these hours.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a trip-based payment structure.

For early/late working (between 7am to 9am / 6pm to 8pm), you will receive an additional 30 INR per trip.

After completing 6 trips, you will receive an additional 250 INR incentive.

For every 5 trips completed, you will receive an additional 150 INR incentive.

For every trip above 15 km, you will receive an additional 5-7 INR per km.
