Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview Eagle Crest is seeking an experienced Quotation Expert who will be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive, and timely travel quotations for clients. The role will involve coordinating with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators to design customized travel packages that meet client requirements and company profitability targets. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Prepare detailed travel quotations (FIT, Group, Corporate, Leisure, and MICE). 2. Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget. 3. Source and negotiate rates with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other suppliers. 4. Ensure pricing accuracy including markups, commissions, and taxes. 5. Follow up with clients and the sales team regarding quotation updates. 6. Maintain updated supplier rate sheets and travel product knowledge. 7. Monitor market trends and competitor pricing strategies. 8. Ensure all quotations comply with company policies and profit margins. 9. Provide alternative solutions when requested services are unavailable. 10. Assist in confirming bookings once quotations are approved. Required Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field. 2. 2–5 years experience in travel consultancy or quotation role. 3. Strong knowledge of international and domestic travel products. 4. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. 5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
