Business Development Manager (BDM) - Sales

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - Sales to drive growth for our Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) business. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales exposure, preferably in the energy, biofuels, gas, oil & gas, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence and revenue. As a Business Development Manager - Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities for CBG products, identifying and developing new business opportunities, customers, and strategic partnerships, and building, managing, and strengthening key client accounts.

You will also lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, contract finalization, and deal closures, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and projects. Additionally, you will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and relevant government policies related to CBG and renewable energy, and achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the energy and biofuels industry, with a proven track record of driving sales and business development. You will be a mature, confident, and target-oriented professional with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships. You will also be responsible for leading commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, contract finalization, and deal closures.

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work independently and handle high-value clients with ease.
