Key Responsibilities
AMC Execution & Maintenance
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems as per AMC scope
• Attend breakdown calls and ensure timely rectification within SLA
• Monitor performance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, and ELV systems
• Ensure system uptime, reliability, and safety
Site & Client Coordination
• Act as site-level point of contact for AMC clients
• Coordinate daily service activities with technicians and supervisors
• Update clients on work status, breakdowns, and resolutions
• Escalate major technical or contractual issues to the AMC Manager
Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain service reports, checklists, and maintenance logs
• Ensure proper documentation for statutory compliance and audits
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly service reports
• Track breakdown history and recurring issues
Safety & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Follow statutory regulations and OEM guidelines
• Participate in safety drills and inspections
Support to AMC Management
• Assist in spares planning and inventory tracking
• Support AMC renewals, site surveys, and scope enhancements
• Provide technical input for improving service quality and efficiency

Required Skills & Experience
• 3–7 years of experience in MEP maintenance or AMC service delivery
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, VRF, split ACs), electrical systems, plumbing, fire & life safety, and basic ELV
• Experience handling breakdowns and preventive maintenance schedules
• Good communication and client-handling skills

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Experience in commercial buildings, hospitals, malls, IT parks, or industrial facilities
