*Position* - Regional Head - Health Agency

*Key Responsibilities*

• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals to achieve premium and volume targets.

•Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of State/Area Managers and Sales Executives, fostering a performance-driven culture.

•Distribution Management: Expand the distribution network through agency channels, brokers, and bancassurance (bank) partners.

•Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Gross Written Premium (GWP), agent productivity, and persistency (renewal rates).

•Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, channel partners, and institutional stakeholders.

•Operations & Claims: Coordinate with TPA (Third Party Administrator) and claims teams to ensure smooth hospital empanelment and cashless claim processing.

•Compliance: Ensure all regional activities adhere strictly to IRDAI (or relevant local) guidelines and company SOPs.
