Job description

We are seeking a skilled Counsellor – Hospitality & Soft Skills to provide face-to-face counselling to prospective students, understand their career aspirations, and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions for hospitality and soft skill training programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in academic counselling or admissions, with a passion for helping students achieve their goals.

As a Counsellor – Hospitality & Soft Skills, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our students and contributing to the growth and success of our institution.

You will be responsible for conducting in-person counselling sessions, counselling students on Hospitality and Soft Skill courses, and converting enquiries and walk-ins into confirmed admissions.

You will also be responsible for explaining course structure, duration, fees, certification, and career outcomes, assessing student suitability and eligibility, and managing assigned leads through CRM/MIS.

Additionally, you will ensure regular follow-ups for conversions, engage with parents to address concerns and build trust, and support students with application forms and documentation.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams for enrollment confirmation, maintaining reports on counselling and admissions, and following organizational policies and SOPs.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong persuasion ability, and a target-driven mindset.

They will also have a professional demeanor, integrity, and a student-centric approach.
