Project Manager

Job description

1. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers,identifying opportunities for account growth.

2. Work in partnership with internal Project Managers to ensure seamless project execution.

3. Understand project plans, specifications, and requirements, assisting contractors with project planning, scheduling, and operational phases.

4. Participate in project design calls as needed and coordinate project processes.

5. Assist in inventory procurement and management.

6. Utilize vendors as a technical resource for material recommendations and specifications.

7. Collaborate with architects and engineers to clarify drawings, specifications, and necessary addendums.

8. Act as a resource for architects, engineers, and general contractors on budget pricing.
