Job description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales.

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and converting new opportunities. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining company products/services, and answering customer queries.

You will also be responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team, maintaining a record of calls and customer details in the system, and following up with interested prospects.

To achieve this, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a target-oriented mindset. You will also need to be able to convince and negotiate with customers, and build and maintain good relationships with them.

The ideal candidate will have 0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
