The Warehouse Executive (Supervisor) will play a key part in ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth logistics operations, and timely order fulfillment. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage warehouse staff, coordinate logistics, and maintain high-quality standards.

The Warehouse Executive (Supervisor) will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. They will ensure efficient movement and storage of goods within the warehouse and maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits.

The Warehouse Executive (Supervisor) will also be responsible for coordinating with logistics partners and delivery teams for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely dispatch of orders and efficient shipment tracking. They will lead and manage warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and loaders, and ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs and productivity standards.

The Warehouse Executive (Supervisor) will also be responsible for maintaining safety, hygiene, and quality standards within the warehouse and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational guidelines. They will track and report key warehouse metrics, such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, and stock reconciliation, and identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.

The Warehouse Executive (Supervisor) will collaborate with operations, procurement, and customer support teams to resolve order or inventory issues and ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field and 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations. They will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage warehouse staff, coordinate logistics, and maintain high-quality standards.

The Warehouse Executive (Supervisor) will be based in Bangalore, WTC, Rajaji Nagar, and will be required to work full-time. The salary for this role will be competitive and will be discussed during the interview process.
