Swastika Infra Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and maintaining procurement records while ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to quality standards.

This role requires strong negotiation and vendor management skills, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to identify and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate prices and delivery schedules, and maintain proper documentation of purchase orders and vendor records.

The Purchase Executive will work closely with internal departments to ensure timely procurement of materials and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. The role also involves conducting market research to identify cost-effective purchasing options and coordinating with the accounts department for invoice verification and payment processing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchase operations is required, with experience in infrastructure, construction, or related industry being an advantage.
