IVR Telecaller

Job description

We are seeking an energetic and result-driven Telecaller to manage rider calling, onboarding coordination, and follow-ups for last-mile delivery hiring across the South Region.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to build rapport with potential riders.

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential riders, explaining job roles, earnings structure, incentives, and onboarding process clearly, conducting initial screening and eligibility verification over calls, and maintaining regular follow-ups with shortlisted riders until onboarding completion.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with the onboarding and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new riders.

The Telecaller will also be responsible for maintaining accurate calling records and status updates in CRM/Excel sheets.
