Experience in Retail Sales: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive growth in a fast-paced retail environment.  Customer Service Skills: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service with a customer-first attitude.  Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with customers.  Personalized Product Recommendations: Ability to engage customers and provide personalized product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.  Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.  Retail or Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail or sales roles is highly preferred.  Passion for Design & Lifestyle Products: A keen interest or passion for lifestyle, fashion, or design-related products will be an added advantage.
