Performance Marketing Manager

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Amazon Advertising and Flipkart Ads, with expertise in analytics tools and data analysis.

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing sponsored ad campaigns on Amazon (Products, Video, Banner) and Flipkart, monitoring key metrics such as Share of Voice, Glance Views, and media efficacy metrics, and optimizing P&L metrics using Analytics Suite.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing ROAS and scaling campaigns, and will be able to drive D2C website campaigns and conversion optimization. They will also be responsible for executing social media and influencer marketing strategies, coordinating PR management for brand visibility and credibility, and creating performance reports.

The Performance Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue. They will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and retail P&L, as well as experience with D2C marketing, social media marketing, and influencer marketing. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills.
