Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Department: Marketing

About the Role

Katalysst is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize marketplace and digital performance campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Amazon and Flipkart advertising, marketplace analytics, and performance-driven marketing strategies.

This role requires someone who can analyze data, optimize campaign performance, improve ROAS, and drive growth across ecommerce marketplaces and D2C channels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan and execute sponsored advertising campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart including product ads, video ads, and banner ads.
  2. Monitor key performance metrics such as Share of Voice, Glance Views, CTR, ACOS, and ROAS.
  3. Use analytics tools and marketplace dashboards to identify growth drivers and optimize campaign performance.
  4. Manage and optimize D2C website marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  5. Execute social media marketing and influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  6. Coordinate PR activities and brand communication initiatives to improve brand visibility and credibility.
  7. Create detailed campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights for growth.
  8. Optimize Product Detail Pages (PDP), Brand Store, and A+ Content to improve product visibility and conversions.
  9. Work closely with internal teams such as content, design, and marketplace operations to ensure campaign success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. 5–8 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in ecommerce or marketplace-driven businesses.
  2. Strong expertise in Amazon Advertising and Flipkart Ads management.
  3. Proficiency in analytics tools, campaign dashboards, and data analysis.
  4. Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, retail P&L, and ecommerce growth strategies.
  5. Proven track record of optimizing ROAS, reducing ACOS, and scaling performance campaigns.
  6. Experience in D2C marketing, social media campaigns, and influencer marketing.
  7. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience working with ecommerce brands or marketplace growth agencies.
  2. Familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Flipkart Ads Manager, and digital marketing analytics tools.
  3. Understanding of conversion rate optimization and performance marketing funnels.
