Job Title: Social Media Executive Experience: 2 Years Location: Bangalore – World Trade Center (WTC) About the Role we are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow the brand presence of our clients across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, campaign execution, and analytics. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to build engaging social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Key Responsibilities  Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.  Create and schedule engaging social media content (posts, reels, stories, carousels).  Coordinate with design and content teams for creative assets and campaigns.  Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.  Plan and execute social media campaigns and product launches.  Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships.  Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions.  Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly social media reports.  Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.  Support marketing initiatives related to ecommerce brand growth and digital campaigns. Required Skills  2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.  Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms.  Experience with content planning and social media calendars.  Familiarity with social media analytics tools and reporting.  Basic knowledge of paid social campaigns and influencer marketing.  Good copywriting and storytelling skills.  Strong creativity and understanding of visual content trends.  Ability to work in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. Preferred Skills  Experience working with ecommerce brands or digital marketing agencies.  Knowledge of tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or Sprout Social.  Understanding of performance marketing and campaign optimization.
