Job description

We are seeking a skilled Field Support Engineer to install, maintain, and support POS systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in local languages, and have a strong understanding of POS systems.

The role involves on-site service, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth system operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.

The Field Service Engineer will be required to travel to client locations, install and maintain POS systems, and provide technical support as needed. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of POS systems, including hardware and software components. They should be able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide excellent customer service to clients.

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of client interactions, including service calls, repairs, and maintenance. They should be able to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.
