Closing and Sourcing Manager

Job description

As a Closing and Sourcing Manager at YM Infra, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering high-quality developments. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, initiate sales calls, and leverage existing network to understand property requirements.

You will be expected to deliver sales numbers as per business plan, both in terms of sourcing and closing, and ensure completion of sales targets on a consistent basis. You will also be responsible for ensuring cross-selling to enhance sales value productivity with existing customers.

You will actively follow through on potential customers based on their specific requirements, possess in-depth product knowledge, and communicate the same effectively to prospects. You will play a key role during various stages of customer engagement till delivery and provide support for query resolution.

You will liaison with various departments to get deeper product knowledge, support peer teams for effective deal closure, and maintain accurate records for designated accounts. You will also ensure highest standards of compliance to YM INFRA policies, processes, and value structure.
